ACO Corporation produces molded and flat plywood parts according to customer’s specifications.

Application – Our molded parts are suitable for the following industries:

• Hospitality Furniture Manufacturers.
• School Furniture Manufacturers.
• Entertainment Furniture Manufacturers (Casino and others).

Our molded plywood parts come in curved and flat forms:

• Simple Radius Parts. (From Radius 11” to Radius42”)
• Compound Radius Parts.
• Blank Panels.
• Upholstery and Exposed Parts.
• Fully Machined, Contoured and with drilled holes by using our Pade and Balestrini CNC machines.
• Our panels are typically 3/16″ to 5/8” thick.

We are capable to produce molds for parts pressing and CNC programs for parts machining in accordance with customer’s specifications and drawings.
